ETA gives up the location of its arsenal

International Verification Commission member, Ram Manikkalingam, confirmed on saturday that Basque separatist terrorist group ETA has given up information concerning the location of the group's weapons, ammunition and explosives, in what he believes is a "first step in the disarmament of ETA".
